The Bride and Groom must apply together, in person
Both must provide a State issued photo ID
(Must be 18 years old or a parental consent must be completed)
The fee is $93.50 and there is NO blood test
FL Residents have a 3-day waiting period
Out of State residents can be married the same day license is applied for
NO waiting period!!
Or if you are not a Florida resident and wish to take care of it early:
Eloping to Florida or beautiful Jekyll Island ?..... We accommodate on short notice!!!!
